4. Leadership and Environmental Awareness Programme(LEAP)
Leadership and Environmental Awareness Programme (LEAP) , is a 4- Phase course with 6 months interval on Leadership and Development Education, Social Justice, Faith in Development and Lifelong Learning Skills etc. The target audience for the training are the NGO/CBO Leaders, Development workers and the Religious.

The Leadership development programme are aimed at helping young people develop their potential. These programme aim at helping to develop leaders for all sectors of national life and in the Long term, to help reduce the problem of mismanagement and poor Leadership in Africa.

LEAP uses the Psycho-Social Method(PSM) and other interactive participatory methodology to facilitate the training workshops. With the lack of development inn thee Niger Delta communities, the need to facilitate a Training for Transformation becomes imperative but for lack of funds to support the trainings, it have slowed the pace which the project work plan have embarked.
