7. Micro-Enterprise Development
Here we hope to empower the community people economically through programs that support vocational training, provide business education, and facilitate access to credit for self-employment ventures.

SEN would mobilize human and social assets to overcome poverty, injustice and discrimination. We hope to assist the vulnerable groups such as women and youths, to mobilize funds for income-generating activities as for them to become self-sufficient.

We hope to train some youths to acquire various skills and provide starter pack for their initial setting up of micro-enterprises. We hope to strengthen the skills of women and youths on business development in the rural communities of the Niger Delta region. SEN uses its cooperative arm of the organization to facilitate partnership with other cooperatives societies in the Niger Delta region through networking and collaboration with its programme and projects.
